Return or exchange within 14 days

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund.
  • The condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used, other than for trying the size. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels.

How to make an exchange:

  • It’s easy to exchange your item if it’s not quite the right size or color. You can exchange any product for another size or color as long we have it in stock without any cost. The Resort Co will cover both the return shipping and shipping of the replacement product(s).

To make an exchange just follow these steps in our exchange/returns form:

1. Enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to exchange
2. Select the new size and/or color that you want to change to
3. Review your exchange and click “save”
4. Choose your preferred return shipping option
5. Complete the exchange
6. You will get the return shipping instructions in a separate email


How to make a return:

  • It’s easy to return your item if it’s not quite what you wanted. In the case of a return for a full refund, The Resort Co will deduct the costs for the return freight from the refund amount.

To make a return just follow these steps in our exchange/returns form:

1. Enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to return
2. Select the “return” tab at the top
3. Select the reason(s) for your return
4. Review your return and click “save”
5. Choose your preferred return shipping option
6. Complete the return
7. You will get the return shipping instructions in a separate email

Note: In the case of a return for a full refund, The Resort Co will deduct the costs for the return freight from the refund amount. The deducted freight cost will be no more than; for US 20 USD, for UK 20 GBP, for Sweden 75 SEK, for EU 20 EUR and for the rest of the world 30 EUR.

 

Refund payment

  • We aim to process and issue refunds within 14 days after we have received your return.
  • A return notification will be emailed once we have processed your return and issued a refund.
  • If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card. 

How to make a complaint:

  • Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery

To make a complaint, just follow these steps:

1. Enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to return
2. Select the “complaint” tab at the top
3. Add a comment describing the defect
4. Add a photo that shows the defect
5. Review your complaint and click “save”
6. Complete the complaint
7. We will review your complaint and come back to you in a separate email
